If he would've stayed in the UFC he would've had to of beat a lot of people before ever getting a title shot and would be first given cans to fight.I don't think he'd be able to beat Randy or Chuck so he'd have less success.
Chuck would probably have less success.Chuck uses the cage to his advantage a lot and in the past he's had problems with conditioning so the longer rounds wouldn't help.
If either Chuck or Wanderlei switched promotions tomorrow they'd both still be very successful ,but things might have panned out differently if they spent most of their career in the other company.I think eventually they'd both be successful ,but there success might've took longer.

RIGHT ON POINT... BUT I ALSO THINK PRIDE NOT TESTING HAS ALOT TO DO WITH WANDS AGRESSIVENESS.. I THINK IT WOULD AFFECT HIM ALOT TO FIGHT IN THE UFC OFF ROIDS...
