UFC coming to Canada?

According to sherdog, ufc 79 might be held in canada. Jason Mcdonald might be on the card.

This would be intense if the UFC came to Montreal in April!! I live in New Brunswick and would for sure go. GSP should have enough time to train,hopefully he doesn't get hurt.

I think you might have a typo dude or mis-read it I don't think UFC 79 is being held in Canada, it's being held in Las Vegas

It will most likely be at ufc 83 in april in canada. It is to bad that GSP probably won't be on the card, its also to bad that a guy like Roger Hollet couldn't get signed and possibly show off what he can do on the big stage. I am pretty sure he is injured right now and i don't know what his contract looks like for the MFC.

maybe even jonathan goulet all would be good possiblities

They could have a canadian v.s. canadian match up however imo Starnes v.s. Cote would be a boring fight.

they should go to canada they have enough canadian fighters i think it would b unfair not to have a event there, when they do they will prob gsp on the card, which would b awesome for the canadians

who cares if there's canadians on the card, give me Anderson, Wanderlei, and Shogun, I don't need to see my countrymen its the freakin UFC i dont care if its an all russian card I just wanna see UFC live.

It's gotta have GSP on it because why the hell is it the only Canadian city that Dana's been tryin to get a show for? If he's not gonna be on it then hold it at Air Canada center in Toronto. Shit i'd way rather drive to TO than go to Montreal. Or I'd even rather fly to my hometown Edmonton I havent been there since I was born anyways. Regardless though, I'm sure theyll make sure GSP is a headliner for a Canadian event. Other than him I could care less to see Cote Macdonald or Starnes. Rather see Wandy, Chuck, Anderson, Rampage or Cro Cop.
