Man Brad must have some serious grip. His opponent's right arm isn't even in the right position to be locked down for the gogoplata. I guess the wrist on the mat kind of makes up for that, but it should basically be palm up, parallel to Imes's torso with his hand beside Brad's hip on the mat. Probably secured early in the fight, where they would both be less slippery.

The guy he pulled the move off on probably is pretty bad as far as BJJ goes, but still an impressive finish nevertheless.

I agree. I think Imes has a lot of potential. He hasn't been in the game very long and win or lose he puts on a decent showing every time.


BTW... There were like a hundred posters wanting to see this shit. And I emailed the fucker and got a pic. And not a single rep on it? If I get the video, I may just keep it to myself or make it an exclusive TTR private screening.
