Stevenson would get mauled by Sherk IMO. Id like to see Stevenson fight Pulver. He said he wants to avenge his loss to him from when he was "still a kid". but we all know we wanna see Penn vs. Pulver II more then anything!

sherk would kill stevenson and i think penn/sherk would be a killer match but id rather see penn/pulver

Dana White hates tournaments so I doubt will ever see a tournament in the UFC at least not any time soon.(plus it would have to be over a long period of time.)I doubt Stevenson could kill anyone in the UFC LW division.IMO if Yves could've got his cut under control he would've won the fight in the 3rd.Joe is good ,but I don't think his wrestling compares to Sherk's and Jens would knock Joe the fuck out.If BJ drops down he'd murder Stevenson.Joe in no way would kill everyone in the UFC LW division.

I disagree I think Pulver is still really good ,but I do agree that Penn would win the rematch.Penn's problem in the last fight is he made the same mistake that Hallman made.He continously pulled guard and underestimated Pulvers submission defense.Penn was winning the stand up early on ,but continually pulled guard.It was still a pretty close fight and Pulver was looking for a place to tap in the 2nd(I think it was) ,but was saved by the bell.With a better gameplan I think Penn would've won that fight.

I think Sherk atleast deserves a shot(eventho he hasnt fought yet at LW). IMO sherk would murder Stevenson, but if Penn dropped down sherk would get KTFO! Sherk VS Pulver would be a close match IMO with sherk coming out on top by GNP. so i think if Penn doesnt drop down sherk will be pretty dominate at LW

i cant see penn dropping down to lightweight. he's gonna stay in thte welterweight hunt IMO

I don't see why people are talking about people not deserving title shots at a different weight class. Didn't Penn get a title shot right away when he moved up to fight Hughes? Asides from that, Sherk's resume is one of the most impressive belonging to any American MMA fighter at the smaller weights.
