UFC 75 - Who will win?
I am really curious to hear who everybody likes in each of the main card fights. If you guys could, go fight by fight and predict the outcome, stating why you think it will work that way if you so choose. I will go ahead and give my little thought process. (if there is something similar to this already on the forums, i apologize. I figure we could gather everyone's input for all the fights on one rolling thread..)
Jackson vs Henderson - Jackson
I have it playing in my mind for some reason that Rampage will prove to be a little too much for Dangerous Dan, or whatever he's called these days. I think Rampage just might a bit stronger, more solid on his feet, and might just push Henderson around abit. But really, this is more of a gut feeling than anything else.
Hamill vs Bisping - Bisping 3rd round TKO (strikes)
I believe Bisping's skill set will prove to be too varied for Hamill to handle. Regardless, I have feeling this will be an entertaining war.
Cro Cop vs Kongo - Cro Cop 2nd Round KO
For some reason I have a feeling Cro Cop is going to come out swinging and Kongo is going to only reply with fists and knees of his own. I think these two are going to give us an exciting first round but then Cro Cop is going to take it in the 2nd with a devastating knock-out victory. War Cro Cop
Davis vs Taylor - Davis 1st Round Submission (guillotine)
And thats that. =P
Alexander vs Sakara - Sakara 2nd Round TKO
I have a weird feeling that this Alexander cat is a fluke. We shall see.

I like Rampage way too much to not think he will win. From a sheer marketing standpoint, I know Dana is praying for Rampage to be victorious. I have nothing against Dan Henderson other than he has little appeal. I am not short changing him as a fighter however. We all know he is "Dangerous," I just think he is worrying about it, or why else would he want to change his name, haha. Rampage by KO/TKO inside 3.
Crocop vs. Kongo - Despite how impressive of a physical specimen Cheick Kongo is, I will never be able to get the image of that little Marrero wrestler dominating Kongo on the ground. But, Crocop is not a wrestler and has no interest in taking this fight to the mat, so it should be a stand up show. Unless Crocop has an unfortunate repeat of his last bout, I am looking for him to dominate and come away with an impressive KO inside of 2 rounds.
Bisping over Hamill again and again. For prediction's sake, let's say TKO in round 3.
Marcus Davis over Paul Taylor
Houston Alexander over Alessio Sakara. (Should be another grand slugfest, someone is getting KTFO!!!)

Who I chose to win
Jackson vs Henderson - Henderson
While there are many out there that think Jackson may have the advantage because of his size and strength, Dan has been successful against bigger opponents in the past. A great example is Wanderlei Silva. I was thinking that Silva was going to get in there and run through Dan since Dan moved up in weight to fight Wand and because Wand was the heavier more aggressive fighter. I was proven wrong, Dan had a game plan and took it to him with a solid knockout. Dan is a very smart and tough fighter, he also has a good chin. I believe he can take Rampage's punches. I pick Dan to win. Although I would like to see Rampage win it. It would suck to be champion after one fight only to lose it in the next.
Hamill vs Bisping - Bisping
I don't know too much about these guys. I did see Bisping's last fight. Pretty aggressive fighter. I pick Bisping to win.
Cro Cop vs Kongo - Kongo
I really was disappointed when I saw Cro Cop get KO'd by a head kick. It seemed like he wasn't all there in his fight against Gonzaga. I like Cro Cop, but I'm going to have to pick Kongo to win on this one. I hope I'm proven wrong though.
Davis vs Taylor - Taylor
I don't know too much about these guys so i'm going to choose Taylor for some random reason.
Alexander vs Sakara - Alexander
Alexander impressed me in his fight against Jardine. Sakara is a good striker so I'm not taking anything away from him. I'm going with Alexander to win.

As far as your predictions go... I only have a couple arguments about them.
1. I don't see Bispill vs. Hamill being an exciting fight. I see Bisping out striking and Hamill constantly going for the takedown and laying but in the end Bisping knocking him out. There's not going to be a war. The only action will be Bisping punching out Hamill's chops.
2. Davis wins by ko
War Bisping. War anybody that faces Hamill.

War Bisping

I can agree on the Bisping part I think hes gonna rock him on the feet and hamill is gonna be shooting from to far away. I think seth petruzeli or whatever his name was shouldve beat matt hamill but unless matt is 3 demensional now i see him getting pounded....and even more so in england everyones behind bisping

Wait a minute. Forget about cro cop getting head kicked KOed by gonzaga. Dana gave mirko a kickboxing match for a reason and thats for him to beat the shit out of kongo and get his confidence back up. If he wanted mirko to lose he would have given him to someone like arlovski. He wants mirko to win and fight for a title and theres no fucking way kongo walks out of the ring.
I see mirko chopping him down starting with the leg kicks, he doesnt have to worry about being taken down at all b/c in this rare case cro cop is better on the ground than kongo.

Jackson vs Henderson Hendo by decision
It's a close fight, but Hendo is tough, really tough.
Hamill vs Bisping Bisping by TKO
Bisping is a better striker in my opinion.
Cro Cop vs Kongo Kongo by TKO
Kongo winner, simply because I'm french.lol
Davis vs Taylor Taylor by decision
Alexander vs Sakara Alexander by TKO

If the Rampage Hendo fight is close... like split decision close.... then Rampage wins period. That's when politics start to creep in to the picture.
