was he THAT injured? how about training more carefully so that you don't get hurt in the first place, and if you do then take it easier. better to fight injured or with insufficient training than to take steroids which may not make you 100% and risk getting fined and suspended for a year. this is going to hurt sherk too, that's one year assuming he doesn't win his appeal, and he isn't getting any younger

Are you fucken serious. How bout taining more carefully. You must not of played any damm sports in your life. When you take it Easy and dont go 100% thats when you get hurt. As for franca taking roids. That was very retared because he knew he was gonna get tested.
