Anyone can work their cardio to where it should be, but it's trickier than people think. I'm sure Bj knows what he's doing, but perhaps doesn't train as hard as he should. Running distance by itself won't do, sprints by themselves won't do, and alot of fight(sparring -grappling) time won't do by itself. (although that's what's best) You have to combine them all, plus your nutrition has to be on par. To get yourself in fighting shape is hell in reality. You have to be able to shut your mind down, otherwise logic sets in and says " what the hell am i doing this for?" So who knows what the deal is with Penn it could be a number of things, but he seems to have a new outlook, and a purpose, so it could all change. I believe he could be the best fighter in the world.
