Who is the most improved MMA fighter?

IMO Rampage is a good choice, but I think Hayato Sakurai has made the most improvements as a fighter.

Minus last fight Rashad is looking good. Mark Hunt too because of his last fight with Fedor but he is out of the spotlight now until someone signs him.

KOS has improved quite a bit since TUF. He is one(BIG) win away from a title fight with Hughes.
