I would have to agree with Sok except for the fact that he didn't fight any HW's.
I'd also have to give the nod to Serra, seeing him win by knockout made a big statement in my book!

Marcus Davis
He went from being a really bad mma fighter, to one that has been tooling everyone he has faced lately.
Honestly he is the most improved of all the tuf's

Dude, this is actually a great choice. I don't see him having a super high ceiling, but damn you're right. He is way improved.

all of the choices are very good, rampage, wand, kos, aa. its really hard to pinpoint the most improved. remember when wand got ko'ed by vitor and then lost to tito, well look at him now (minus his last fights with cc and hendo.)

I think the reason Rampage has improved so much is because he changed his trainer. Under Junita, Rampage's striking has improved by a great margin.

I dont know about quinton so much, i think quinton had the tools and stuff i mean his last 3 wins were matches he woulda won in my books pre-fight. His striking looks a bit better and crisper but other than that he isnt very different other than his heart.
I think the most improved fighter is either Josh Koschek or Denis Kang. Probably Denis Kang because his record even shows his improvment. He went from a .500 fighter to going 20 fights without a loss. Denis Kang is the man and hes a great great competitor and its unfortunate he got injured before his fight with misaki. And imagine Filho didn't get injured, the superfight that woulda been kang vs filho.
