I love Gomez. He's not athletically gifted at all imo, but he makes up for it with solid boxing skills, a never say die attitude, and a ton of heart. And he's a great guy. Its impossible to root against him.
I'm not sure what to take away from his demolition of Gatti. It was a great performance and all, but Gatti's better days are long behind him.
