Pretty Boy Floyd Puts on His Dancing Shoes

As most have heard and seen by now, boxer “Pretty Boy” Floyd Mayweather is a contestant on this season’s “Dancing with the Stars”. But with an upcoming fight in December against Ricky Hatton, shouldn’t Mayweather be training rather than dancing? The show’s finale is November 27, with the Mayweather-Hatton bout going down on December 8. But he said that the dancing practice is incorporated into his training and will do him good for the fight.
"Floyd has his hands full, but he has lots of commitment and energy and he's doing great in practice," his "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Karina Smirnoff, told the LA Times. "He has what it takes to walk away with the trophy."
Of course, with Mayweather doing two-steps on TV, it’s prime material for trash talking from Hatton.
"It wouldn't be the sort of thing I'd do," Hatton told reporters after a recent press conference. "But the longer he stays in it, the better for me, so vote for Floyd. Actually it could be good training for the amount of back-peddling he'll have to do." Ouch!

I hope, for his sake, he's right because Hatton wil be more than ready.

Yeah, I don't know how this COULDN'T be a distraction. I hope Hatton knocks his fucking block off. I'd still put my $ on Floyd though. What a talented douche.

This match up is so great for boxing if the cards play right. This IMO is better then DLH vs.Mayweather because of a couple things.Hatton is a hungry undefeated fighter who wants to prove he is the best fighter in the world by beating Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather,Oscar was not.Hatton is hungrier for this fight then any other in his entire career, and rightfully so.
Hatton also stylisticly makes things more interesting with his straight forward, break em down offense and won't sit and try to box with PBF like Oscar did.He is going to put pressure on Floyd like nobody else has,but I still think Floyd outclasses Hatton to a decision or maybe TKO victory. I think Hatton is a lot more effective at 140 as he showed in the fight with Collazo he didn't belong fighting at 147,but we'll see and I'll be rooting for Hatton.

Ever notice when fighters start making appearances on the big screen; they end of loosing their fight. Oscar, Jones, Judah, Tarver, etc... Sugar Ray Robinson was the first; he went off to tap dance and ended up loosing his fight in France.
Don't be surprised is Ricky pounds out a 12 round decision.
