If I ran Boxing I would...
Run a co-main event
B Hop vs Calzaghe and Oscar vs Winky
Than have Linares, Cintron, Juan Diaz, Cintron, Gomez, and Katsdis all on the under card someway or another

And you would shoot your load all on one event and not sell any PPVs for about a year.

Exactly! Biring is hell and painful to watch, I could see it all ready. Not to mention, DLH wouldn't be able to hit Winky in the first place.

Dude, stop with the insults. It's not necessary that you name call in order to get your point across on this board. Almost everyone here is an educated boxing fan. It's ok to argue. It's not ok to be a dick.

my boxing card would literally shut down the ufc ( jk...lol)
Ibragimov v.s Chagaev
Pacman v.s. Marquez
Cotto v.s. Margrito
i specifically chose the two heavies cuz i no they would put on a true heavy-weight title fight.....
pacman v.s. marquez is going to have everything barrera/marquez had but more knockdowns and raw speed!
cotto-margirito will be a fucking swing fest...i chose margrito instead of paul willams because i think it would be more of an exciting fight and willams would literally shut cotto down!
also i think this is what boxing fans need....from a fans point of view and bussiness point of view...

I've got a laundry list to go through...
-Fix all that is wrong with the sanctioning orgs. Have other champions highly ranked in competing rankings, and encourage champions to fight other champions instead of trying to force mismandatories on them. The reason more unification bouts don't happen is because the WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO stand to make more money when they have more sanctioning fees to siphon off of boxers wanting title recognition. There hasn't been a truly undisputed champion of any division, holding all four belts plus the Ring belt, since Bernard Hopkins, and he miraculously never got stripped of any of his belts either. O'Neil Bell has come the closest recently, having unified the WBA/WBC/IBF belts at cruiserweight, but then he was stripped of one of his belts too and the WBA imposed that silly "Super" Champion status on him, and other unified champions that hold a WBA strap like Mikkel Kessler, Jermain Taylor, Jean-Marc Mormeck, and Juan Diaz. This needs to stop as well. Going towards having one recognized champion per division needs to absolutely be encouraged.
-Get back to old-fashioned promoting. The use of casinos and not building up fighters in a home territory is leading to up-and-coming boxers from the U.S. not creating a following. For instance, Thomas Hearns built a huge following in and around Detroit because he fought all of his fights there before he hit the big time, including defeating Pipino Cuevas for the WBA title in 1980. That devotion laid the foundation for him becoming a superstar for the rest of his career. This is doubly important for boxers who don't have the recognition of having fought in the Olympics....
-Reinvigorate the Olympic and amateur boxing programs. Guys like Leonard, de la Hoya, Whitaker, Holyfield, Bowe, the Spinks brothers, Jones, Meldrick Taylor, Mark Breland, Floyd Mayweather, etc. came into the public consciousness early in their pro careers because of the recognition they earned fighting in the Olympics. Olympians don't have it nearly as good anymore. Seriously, Andre Ward is a Gold Medalist with a 12-0 record, but he's as unknown as Santos Pakau. At the same point in his career, Oscar de la Hoya was fighting for his first world title. So I would do something to rectify this tragedy.
-More accessible boxing cards. Having the absolute mega event PPVs is fine once in awhile, but the main event must be an absolute dream fight, with an excellent undercard. For instance, the undercard for de la Hoya/Mayweather should have fights the caliber and quality of Marquez/Vasquez on them, as well as fights profiling the next generation of up-and-coming boxers in fights that are competitive tests as well as being showcases. Fights like Hopkins/Wright, Barrera/Marquez, Cotto/Judah, Marquez/Barrios, etc., should be on HBO not on PPV.
