Guida vs. Griffin the tenaciousness of that fight is unparalleled.

Although I have 4 of those fights in my Top 10 favs. Guida / Griffin is just sick. The technicality and intensity was like nothing I had seen before.

Banda,

I love all your polls so far and I hate to be like dork and nitpick someone else's hard work when I would never take the time to do this myself, but this is the only poll I don't agree with.

Rampage vs. Hendo has to be the fight of the year. It was most evenly matched fight with a shit load of well rounded talent and one of the most exciting fights ever that went to a decision. It was also a title fight and the first unification fight.

Guida and Tyson Griffin had so many exciting fights this year and the one they had against each other was best. That fight gets my vote.

It would have been better if it wasn't such a bad decision. Even Tyson admitted that he lost that fight.

Wandy And Liddell. Come on!!!! If everyone thought that Griffin and Bonnar was fight of the year how could you not say this one. This was a 3 round toe to toe battle (until the end of the 3rd round) with near knockouts for both fighters. It was a great battle and excatly what the fight was hyped up to be. I say Wandy and Liddell for sure.
