today in bjj class my instructor gut wrenched the shit out of me when i turtled.
lol he gut wrenched me like 15 times (not picking me up and slamming me but more so rolling me) and i was like wtf is going on lol and i pretty much got so exhausted i just gave up on getting to my knees lol yes sad. then he told me that it was a gut wrench (not sure if its called something else by other people but thats what he called it) and he told me about some famous wrestler (i forgot his name cause im horrible with names) that was known for gut wrenching guys and he beat some undefeated guy in the olympics to win the gold and then retired. and i thought he said his name was john smith but im probably just mumbling on like a retard
