Usually I agree with you on pretty much everything and I take your disdain for Hughes and understand it. However, how come just because Hughes career is pretty much over, he can't give his opinion on his blog on his website. It's the same thing we are doing on here. He is just critiquing a fight.

All he really said was GSP looked small and looked like he was winded after the first round, Fitch shouldn't have been countering GSP because GSP was faster and he left early to beat everyone out of the building. I don't get what's so bad about all that. The only negative conotation I take from that was him saying GSP looked winded which I didn't think he did. Hell I fell asleep during the fight, that doesn't mean I was criticizing it.

How anyone could have thought that fight was boring really needs to have their head checked. that fight was anything from boring. not saying you thought it was boring, but for Hughes to say he up and left the arena half way through the fight...what a disrespectful turd! thats the kind of shit that is getting him disdain around here. the blatant disrespect to the champion and the challenger.

GSP looked smaller then Fitch yes, but to say he looked small in general is small is general is silly on Hughes part. i think GSP looked the biggest he's been yet. his legs were HUGE! and yeah he looked winded in the 2nd i can see that, but as soon as Rd 3 started GSP looked rejuvinated and fatigue didnt start to show until Rd 5 when it normally starts to show for most fighters.

people are entitled to their opinions, but Hughes' opinions are always disrespectful and now worthless. nuff said
