Don't like Hughes. Haven't since the dinner scene on TUF when he was talking about teaching GSP how to defend an armbar. Funnier now in retrospect that GSP finished him that way in their 3rd fight. His mentality was further backed up when he said the same thing to Thiago Alves about teaching him how to defend a triangle, since that is what Fisher beat him with.
Another classic Hughes TUF moment was when he was doing his team a "favor" by distributing bibles to his team. I disagree with that in general but the fighters had the option to not read if they didn't want to. The best part of that was the story he had them read. I don't remember exactly but from what I do remember, it was a story where one of the characters was a queen and was depicted to be this generous, selfless character that helped people. So Matt asks, who is he in the story??? He TELLS everyone he is the queen because he helps people. Talking about fishing for compliments and recognition. How egotistical and narcisistic can you be?
