I just have one comment to make. How can anyone who has ever been a champion in the UFC/Pride be over rated? There is no such thing as a fluke KO or any other crap like that in a title fight. Serra, to me, caught GSP square and finished him off. If you have the UFC/Pride belt, you obviously beat a world class fighter to get it. Now, as time wears on and the fighter gets older and his skills diminish, I could see an arguement for it but come on, they beat the best to become UFC/Pride champ. Give them the respect they earned. My examples of this are:

Tito Ortiz
Tim Sylvia
Fedor (just because he hasn't fought a big name in a while)

They are world class fighters who beat the best to get their titles! IMO, no champ is over rated.
