Yea, he had pending legal problems all through the show if I'm not mistaken. I remember he did an interview on the Scott Ferrall show before he fought J-Roc where he was talking about being arrested and awaiting trial for choking that dude out outside of a bar. His lawyer had to call into the show and tell him to stop talking or risk screwing up his legal case. He was talking about the stuff like it was no big deal to choke out a civilian.
