Tito always says he is healthy till we see him fight. Then it is about his injuries and how the 'Old Tito' is gonna come back next fight.

All that said, I think this is still about Tito and his ego. I think that he has to truly realize that he will never be champ in the UFC again. I think he would rather try to be champ in some lower league, than to be a middle of the pack guy in the UFC.

However, I don't know if EXC has a LHW division. I don't think Tito can make MW and if he moves up to HW, he loses one of his biggest advantages at LHW. Much like GSP at WW, Tito is a big LHW. He would be a small HW. His fighting style is not finess driven. He relies on size power and used to rely on conditioning. At HW all of those things would be detriments rather than assets.
