Comedy aside, I sorta agree with Triangle. Shonie is utterly full of shit, he's funny, but his days have past, he's not a journey man by choice folks... he'll take what he can get... but I do think formerly speaking he was a great fighter...
I can't find it in myself to dislike this guy, even if I don't believe everything he says about MMA or himself...
