I also hate when people say that Hughes is the greatest WW of all time, B.S. GSP destroyed him twice, Dennis Hallman submitted him twice once in 17seconds the other in 20 seconds(and I have seen both fights not just looking up sherdog stats here).

I wanna see Hallman vs. GSP winner gets crowned the Greatest WW of this generation.
Hughes is the greatest WW of all time. that is until GSP racks some wins together or someone else does it.

Hughes has beaten the best of the best. 2 time WW champ, one reign had 5 title defenses, something thats tied with Chuck and Tito.

Hes beaten

Doerksen
Gono
Newton
Trigg
Mach
Sherk
Penn
GSP
Royce

Hughes has beaten the who's who of mma in his time.

GSP has beaten Hughes and Penn and Trigg. But he still hasn't defended that title 5 times.

There is no denying Hughes is the greatest of all time, and imo GSP can have a better reign and a better legacy imo, but first he has to beat Hughes record.

If Hughes isn't the greatest, then who is. GSP or Penn would have to be your other options and seeing Penn doesn't have many wins at ww and GSP did lose to Hughes and Serra, and has never defended the belt. Kind of makes it hard for them to be a head of Hughes.

If Anderson keeps it up, he has a chance to go down as the greatest MW of all time, but because he has lost would that mean its bullshit.

Just because some one has lost, does not mean they can't be the greatest.
