Actually, there were a ton of threads about Franklin being washed up...never underestimate the power of a fickle fan behind the anonymous screen of the internet.

That being said, I think Sheilds finishes--not just beats, but finishes--Hughes 7 out of 10.

??? That's a kind of odd statement, do you know him?

I'd guess he probably doesn't care much about arguments on the internet, but he's gotten more money and doesn't have to sign the most manipulative and restrictive contract in the industry.

The UFC used to be about the best fighting the best. I understand that the goal of a business is to make money, but their heavyweight situation makes them a pathetic joke.
