i see Sherk training with this black belt working against him actually. he already thinks he's going to smash Penn, and now he's probably gunna think he's on BJ's JJ level now...overconfidence overkill LOL i cant wait to see Sherk get molested, and if anyone has watched BJ's interview on UFC.com, he's doing a good job as making us all believe he wont be in shape...who's in whose head now?
