Thumbs down Strikeforce On Nbc Was A Joke This Week

Did anybody happen to watch Strikeforce on NBC Saturday night/Sunday morning @ 4:00 am this weekend or maybe you recorded it?Anyway I thought this episode was really weak and looked very low buget. The 2nd fight they showed was Eugene Jackson vs Mike Seal.....who? Mike Seal !!! I've never heard of him either, back to the fight,in the 1st rd there were some ameturish looking exchanges with both of them getting wobbled and they were exchanging again when the bell sounded for the end of the rd. Then after the commercial Jackson and Seal were nowhere to be found and the announcers were introducing Josh Thomson and Nick Gonzalez for the next fight.(Thomson sub'd Gonzalez in 1 1/2 min.) So I decided to look up the Jackson/Seal fight to see what happened and I saw that Jackson TKO'd Seal @ 2:49 of the 2nd rd and I also saw that the fight happened 2 years ago.The 1st fight was MMA legend Tank Abbott as Lon McEachern put it(the announcer)footnote#Tank's won 1 fight in the last 10 years, anyway Tank was knocked out in 30 seconds by Paul Buentello. The show lasted, commercials included 21 minutes. I want this show to succeed but I was embarrassed for MMA,Strikeforce and NBC after watching this episode. It's bad enough that they seem to be trying to hide in a time slot that nobody will see but they can't even fill in the whole half an hour or show the entire fights that they're supposed to be promoting their Strikeforce brand with. I'd have to give them a D- for their effort this week.
