Everyone seems so content to declare any holes in BJ's game fixed, but as I posed earlier, based on what exactly? Feelings?
WHY? why must i agree with something i think is retarded? gsp vs. silva is for one, never going to happen, and two, if it did, anderson would knock him out. yea, gsp is the greatest wrestler in the world, olympic style wrestler, blah blah blah...bull shit. he's top 2 or 3 p4p in the world, but i think silva is just on another level standing. if gsp takes him down, unlike bj penn, i dont think he could submit the lanky silva. penn on the other hand is flexiable and could probably catch silva slipping although a penn/silva fight is unlikely. the most likely rematch to take place is penn vs. gsp. penn gassed but correct me if i'm wrong, but hasnt bj said before that his cardio is better than ever? hasnt just about everyone in the mma world said that theres a new and improved bj penn? so no, this isnt based on feeling, but i'm basing it on the facts i see in the octagon. the fact is silva has dominated more so than gsp and in worse fashion. the fact is that bj penn is rededicated himself to training. the fact is as much as people may hate me for saying this, gsp's wrestling can't match up to silva's strikes or the new bj penn's overall game.
