One thing I would like to point out is that the Staff gets a substantial amount of feedback from community members on what they feel is NSFW.
I don't know which gif it was as there honestly many during my tenure that were really unacceptable to have, especially with women around.
The line is not clear in every case..are big, bouncy tits covered by plastic wrap acceptable? What about a white, wet tshirt? Or a string bikini camel toe style?
I love to see it, but for some it could spell trouble. Either way, it should be a staff decision. 9 times out of 10 the member complies with the staff request and makes the change. Sometimes for whatever reason, be it miscommunication, bounced message etc. the staff member may make the change, which shouldn't be a problem.
I have never known any staff member to ever snoop and share info from someone else's mailbox. I think our staff is the most laid back, reasonable bunch you can ask for to the point that they wouldn't bother nor give a damn what someone else was saying as they are simply doing a job trying to run the site.

Seriously Smoogy.. not being facetious, but we would always bounce thoughts and ideas on any critical subject. It's the only way to determine what's best for the site without letting one point of view carry the focus alone. From new practices and standards to banning..it is a vote unless there are immediate dire circumstances to deal with.
