Anyone with Admin settings have access to change things in your user control panel. How do you think we make changes when you want a name change, or your vbookie money gets screwed up, etc.
When something gets changed, like a sig being removed, it is standard to send a PM and let the person know about it. If the sig is too big or a problem for whatever reason we will typically remove it since many times if we PM members they ignore the request or else wait a few days to make the change.
