How long should I be training for each day and how many days per week?
Train hard 4-5 days a week. Keep 2 days for rest. I tend to just switch up days,day 1 and 2 BJJ + Wrestling,3 boxing/mt/sparring,4 cardio/sparring,5 cardio weights.
Any advice for how long I should train before I try to land an actual fight?
Years. 2 at least IMO.
