My best advise is to go in as humble as possible.

Don't over do it, you will burn out quickly. It takes time to get used to, I've seen guys that can run 10 miles without breathing hard, that are totally blown after 3 mins. of rolling.

I'd suggest for MMA: BJJ, Thai Boxing, Greco, and anything else that you can get anyone to teach you.lol You can never learn it all.lol

Also, I know this sounds crazy, but start swimming, like Sprint Swimming.

I ran for weeks trying to get my cardio up and I kinda hit a wall.

I started using Swimming as Cardio and it did wonders for my BJJ.lol
