WOW What a game to go to I guess eh? Especially if you're a Flames fan which obviously you are. As soon as Marleau got demolished I wouldnt have sat down. The crowd seemed so deflated up until that hit, and then you could tell it was over for San Jose right after that.
As for Carey Price, Im still in shock over the whole Huet trade, which now seems to be genious. He looks 10X more solid than Huet so far, mind you Huet only played 2 games and Price 3. But is it me, or does he not seem like more of a great positional goalie. I havent seen him make any really spectacular saves, more of just being center of the net all of the time. Montreal fans must be ecstatic over him and the future.
I still can't believe that Murray accused the Pens of losing on purpose so they could face them. I dont know, it seems like he sorta throws his own team under the bus like that. To publicly accuse a team of purposely losing, so they could face his crap team? Atleast it was a good choice to fire Paddock right? Haha no change, still the same crap team.
Whats funny to me is how all of the analysts are saying "what will it take to light Crosbys fire?" Um, didnt he have 4 assists in game 2? Since when is 4 points in a game, a bad game? Plus, not being 100 percent might have something to do with it.
The thing about the Pens, is that even when malkin seemed to be shut down for most of the night, someone else always seems to step up in place. A part of me wishes they were a little less deep, only so Jordan Stall could play more of an offensive part. He's got some sick potential
