I've been out for a few months following my ACL reconstruction surgery. So now I'm just doing physical therapy three days per week. Getting some upper body in there too since my PT is at the gym I belong too.

how's the therapy going? I had the same problem about a year ago. the PT that I had influenced me to go on and study PT actually.
