Default Teach me Muay Thai
I was just wonderin if anybody had any Muay Thai instructional vids, or anything to help teach some techniques. Im starting training at a local MMA gym, and I wanted atleast to know the basics of Muay Thai. If anybody had any vids or links that would be great. Thanks!
