Supermans are done without weights. Pretty sure it's supposed to target your lower back. Its done by laying face down on the floor, and then raising your legs and arms and holding, then back down flat. Hard to explain...here Bodybuilding.com - Exercise Guides Database.

Im going to try this routine as a post workout routine with 30 lbs and see how it is.
