Many down syndrome people have slanted eyes so back in the day they would call the down syndrome people Mong's or Mongoloids to compare them with asians. I find it funny that non of the mods are getting on some of these people for being down right racist and laughing about it. If I were making "N" jokes all day there would be an uproar. I have no problem again with Prejudice humor I actually love it but there is a time and a place.
