Given the time slot (Saturday night), something in the 6's would be pretty good. Yeah other programs do quite a bit better, but things like 60 Minutes and CSI are in primo time slots. Sat night is a crappy time slot for most things, so expectations are more reasonable.

I used to have a source that showed this better, but I dont have time to do too much poking around right now. However, according to this:

For something like SNL, a rating of a 6 is considered VERY strong. Granted it comes on a bit later, but it gives a good general indication.

Saturday night football (must be a college game) got 4.3 million viewers in the slot that EliteXC is going into. So if they get a 6 rating, that would be great.
