6-2 185 is a good weight if you have some muscle. Honestly if you say you are training they way you are then you have to go on a specific diet otherwise its hopeless I can give you a couple good diets. I am on a similar plan. Trying to lose weight and gain muscle. Im not going to type this shit up unless you really are going to do it. I know its ironic being part of a forum and hating typing but that's just who I am lol.
