I'm sorry for quoting the same idiot twice in a row, but there's so much wrong with what he's saying. How do you know Lesnar's max weight during his days in the WWE? Are you guys buddies?

All of your talk about how Brock can make his body do two different things with it's muscles is bullshit. High reps with lighter weights will do something different to your body, just like low reps with heavier weights will do something else. Brock doesn't have "magic muscles" or something.
