It's weird. I'm Asian, but I obviously can't speak for all Asians. Honestly, though, I just don't get the humour behind jokes like "ching chang chong." Well, I do if they're used sarcastically. Like when I try to make white people feel guilty for a remark that may be racist, haha. Good ole race card. Anyway, I think it depends on the individual- I don't watch Comicview for it's insightful commentary on the social climate of America.
Regardless, I think this is just another case of the UFC seriously needing a public relations agent.
