Of course he belongs there. I do like the idea of a UFC oldtimers day where they have a UFC tourney like in the old days and bring back anyone they can....Royce, Dan, Don, Mark, Kimo, Ken....you know, the oltimers club.
I bet there would be some great fights out of a tournament like that.
