I saw an iterview with Fedor,and Randy after the affliction photo shoot where Rand talked about cross-promotion.Randy said he had offerered to give up his purse to make the fight happen with Fedor in the octogon.
Seems to me Randy knows that cross-promotions would be very good for MMA,and is smart enough to try and make it happen.To go so far as to give up your purse shows how passionate he is about it.It's too bad that Dana isn't as passionate about MMA,and less concerned about money.
