Besides that, I have picked up my gym going again. Was only going once a week through the month of December. Now back to to going at minimum 3 times, but will probable make 5 times a week.
I have a friend that went from over 300 pounds (around 320 i believe) and from walking everyday and watching what he ate lost around 100 pounds. He weight around 220 or less now.
Once you hit your 243 mark re set your goals and see if you can lose more from there. Just remember that the most important thing is keeping with the change in lifestyle and maintaining the weight loss.
Another thing, it took me a little to remember that pop = soda.

according to that machine i was hooked up at 243 is bodys perfect weight. It said at that weight i would be at 8% body fat. I have no fucking idea what all that nonsense means, i know what the % means, but all the other shit the machine was shitting out. I am just a farm boy lol.
Plus i don't really want to drop below 240. My father and I are the same build an he went to about 220 or so an he looked sick.
