Goal 243.
243 is as low as i am able to go, well according to the doctors and some stupid machine the hooked me up too.
I didn't realize i weighed so much. I have been really lazy lately, i stopped training, running an lifting and put on over 50 pounds.
The worst part about it is i have lost 26 pounds in the last 2 months.
Goal is to hit 243 by June.
Here is what i have been doing. I cut all regular pop out, i do not drink any reg pop, no chocolate, no fast food. I only eat Wheat bread and turkey. Instead of chips i eat carrots and bananas and started walking an jogging a mile every other day. I was fucking way out of shape.
What makes it worse is their is really no gyms around here anymore. But now the school gym opened back up. Wow i feel like a fat bastard lol.
