The Daily Weight Thread.
This is a thread that I will be posting my weight in, daily . I'm trying to lose some weight and I feel that if I keep a chart of my daily weight it will help me stick to my goal and get there. Also having to report my weight to someone should help.
Anyone else that would like to participate in this thread can. Just list your stats as following, but please feel free to add anything to your stats that you would like.
Here are my stats.
Hight: 5'9'
Starting weight: (as of today) 207lbs
Goal weight: 185lbs
EDIT: Also, please feel free to use this thread if you are trying to gain weight.
