The Vernon Forrest fight is irrelevantl, SSM was not SSM at a higher weight class.. hes always struggled against bigger fighters.. always. SSM is still very fast, still has power, still puts punches together well.. he can beat PBF because of the weight class.. because PBF doesnt have size over him, in fact SSM has size over PBF. PBF can beat him too.. but this whole Ohhh SSM couldnt beat Vernon at a weight class that has nothing to do with the PBF fight means that theres no chance he beats a completely different fighter in PBF is bullshit.
