Here is a Noob Question.
If I have to be in the bed at 1:00am and be asleep by 2:00am, give or take a few.
What is the latest I should work out.
Will working out keep me up?
I get off at 11pm and would love to do some cardio and some bagwork but am afraid(making excuses) that I won't be able to sleep.
I know everyone's body is different and and reacts different, but any of you guys ever experienced this?
