I've been getting my ass busted at shooto and I'm getting back into BJJ this week (if studies allow it). Yesterday when sparring I got my ass handed to me by everybody (not used to getting dominated so it sucks

), however I still managed to hold off submissions most of the time. The friday workouts are tough as hell but once you get through em you feel great!
I'm kind of curious to see if the JJ there is as bad as the shooto (and if it is my cardio and strength will be through the roof in a few months) but I mainly want to get my game back as I feel really rusty grappling without the gi.
