Judo is a form of wrestling. We haven't really had a chance to see Sokoudjou really use his Judo since he apparently can KO like a mother fucker, but I think Judo is a great combat sport for getting your opponent to the ground. ya judo is a lot about takedown just like wrestling, but there are more throws and sweep then wrestling. the ground game of judo is just like bjj in alot of ways. but the explosive striking of karo and soko dont come from judo. yoshida is def teh best judo practicioner in mma. he is very underrated. he is better then nak and saka. he would beat them and did you see his striking compaired to wand and how nak and saka got ko'ed.
