Josh Barnett took out some time from his training for The Pride Grand Prix Finals to give BettorMMA.com his picks for tonights Ultimate Fight Night.

Karo Parisyan -125
vs.
Diego Sanchez +115

As the odds indicate this is a pick 'em fight. While it would seem that Karo has the more well rounded game, Diego has been able to force his gameplan on every opponent he has fought so far. Even in his last win Diego was able to press until he got an oppotunity to finish the fight and won the decision. It's that sort of single mindedness that has put Diego in the position he's in now.

My pick though, Karo by TKO from strikes. I think he'll be too wily to be out grappled and will be able to score when it counts and eventually get the stop.

Dean Lister -690
vs.
Yuki Sasaki +630

Sasaki is a tough veteran of Pancrase, PRIDE and other promotions but in this case the bigger more powerful Lister will be too much for him.

Lister by submission or decision.

Chris Leben -320
vs.
Jorge Santiago +290

I don't know much abot Santiago but I do know about Leben. Chris is going to want to make an example out of this fight and as long as he doesn't get too carried away he should do just that. Even still, this kid does well when the fight turns to chaos too so Santiago will have to have an answer to Lebens bricks he calls hands.

Leben by KO/TKO

Josh Koscheck -350
vs.
Jonathan Goulet +320

Hmmm, this is my upset of the night. Kosheck get's taken out on the feet by the Canuck striker.

Goulet by KO

Joe Riggs -430
vs.
Jason Von Flue +390

I see Jason beng a survivior and being tough throught this fight but Riggs will bully him around the cage and eventually cut him for the stop.

Riggs by TKO from cut
I agree on all your picks even the upset of the night being Goulet...i hope he either chokes koscheck out or knocks him out cold...I'd like to see Von Flue win but Riggs is a tough guy and given and opening Von Flue just might win with a sub or Riggs is gonna put him in a bad place he can't get out of...either way i say the fight of the night might just be Lister/Sasaki...OH i can't wait lol
