HIV and AIDS are two different things--you can be HIV-positive [i.e., have the virus] but not have AIDS. AIDS is the condition where, as a result of long-term, untreated HIV, an individuals auto-immune system breaks down to the point where opportunistic diseases become life-threatening.
So, to answer the question in the title...no. I don't think he has AIDS.

Morrison's Ex-agent has a slight difference in opinion... coupled with the incredibly dodgy handling of the fight itself [the clown he fought signed a "no grappling" agreement signed before the fight, then was told 5 minutes before the fight that no kicks or elbows could be used...and foolishly, he went along with this...] and the fact that Morrison didn't have to take a test for this last fight, he probably does have HIV.
