I agree with what Clint has said, it's waste, if it was benefitial it would still be in your body. To bring waste back in makes no sense.

No! no need to put in the freezer, just take a clean bottle and drink it quickly while it still warm...even i having a hard time before drinking it, this is an example on how to drink it, before you drink it imagine that you're piss is a delicous soda like this.....
